04. How Virtual care works?
Virtual care function allows you to share specify location information so that your friend can take care of you or your family/asset when requested.
Steps:
• Highlight the person or asset that virtual care is required
• Select “settings -> Virtual Care” on the tab
• Select “choose visible data” to define share data
• Goto “invite” and select a friend you intend to ask
• system will send an invitation email automatically and you will be notified when your friend has accepted the invitation
• once accepted, your chosen friend can see the location information and granted particulars
• to remove a friend to perform virtual care, select “remove”.
